PRIVACY · TRUST · TRANSPARENCY
Your information deserves the same care as your transformation.
This policy explains in clear language how WCEL International handles personal information when you visit the site, contact us, use WhatsApp, PayPal or a WCEL assessment.

The essentials, without legal fog
The contact form prepares an email in your own mail application: the information entered is not stored in a website database. WCEL International never sells personal information and does not receive your full payment-card details.
2. Information we may receive
- Identity and contact details: name, email, phone, WhatsApp, address, country and language.
- Request details: service of interest, preferred contact channel and message.
- Client relationship data: communications, appointments, proposals, contracts, billing and follow-up.
- Answers and results when you voluntarily choose a WCEL assessment.
- Necessary technical data: IP address, security logs, browser type and information required to operate and protect the site.
Do not submit medical diagnoses, detailed health information or identity-document numbers through the general contact form.
3. Why we use information
- To answer your request and contact you through your selected channel.
- To prepare and deliver coaching, consulting, training, events or digital products.
- To provide an assessment, generate its result and deliver requested follow-up.
- To process payments, issue invoices and meet legal obligations.
- To secure the site and prevent misuse.
Depending on context, processing is based on consent, a contract or pre-contractual steps, a legal obligation, or WCEL’s legitimate interest in securing and managing its activities.

5. Service providers and recipients
Access is limited to people and providers needed to deliver the service:
- Cloudflare for website hosting, delivery and security.
- Microsoft/Outlook for email.
- WhatsApp/Meta if you select that channel.
- PayPal if you pay through its secure platform.
- Resend or the configured provider when an assessment result is emailed.
These providers apply their own privacy terms. WCEL does not sell or rent personal information.
6. International transfers and retention
WCEL works across Morocco, Canada and international markets. Some providers may process information in other countries. Where required, WCEL limits transfers to what is necessary and applies appropriate safeguards.
- Inquiries that do not become a client relationship: up to 24 months after the last exchange.
- Client files, contracts, invoices and payment records: for applicable legal periods.
- Assessment results and technical logs: for a limited period suited to the service and its security.

8. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to certain processing and withdraw consent for the future. You may also complain to the competent authority, including Morocco’s CNDP.
